  • Data on your orders :5 years after placing the order

  • Credit card data for claims management purposes: for online credit card payments: Your data is stored with a secure payment provider and we do not have access to it. For payments by credit card on the phone: your data is destroyed as soon as the transaction is finalised.

At the end of these time limits, we may proceed to archive the data, in particular to answer to the delays of prescriptions of the legal actions.
